Nextopia Experiential and Community Development Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Develop annual and quarterly experiential programming and community-development plans aligned with NEXTOPIA’s brand, sustainability proposition, visitor segments, and commercial priorities.
• Define priority communities, participation objectives, engagement journeys, and program themes for the zone.
• Establish a balanced year-round calendar of workshops, talks, demonstrations, lifestyle activities, learning experiences, and community-led programs.
• Co-create distinctive programs and activation concepts with tenants, strategic partners, community leaders, creators, educational institutions, and sustainability networks.
• Develop partnership proposals, participation models, activation briefs, and mutual value plans that support both tenant objectives and NEXTOPIA business goals.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of potential partners, speakers, facilitators, community groups, and program collaborators.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential programs, including concept development, participant journey, operational coordination, run-of-show, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.
• Ensure activities reflect NEXTOPIA’s sustainability principles and deliver relevant, inclusive, safe, and memorable experiences for target audiences.
• Coordinate with Nextopia Ambassador and relevant teams to encourage visitor participation, zone exploration, and continued community engagement.
• Track program performance using participation, traffic, conversion, engagement, cost, partner contribution, and commercial-impact data.
• Prepare post-event reports with measurable outcomes, key insights, lessons learned, and recommended improvement actions.
• Use CRM, digital analytics, social listening, and AI-enabled tools to identify audience preferences, optimize program content, and improve targeting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Arts and Culture, Sustainability, or related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in experiential marketing, event management, community development, customer engagement, lifestyle programming, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end events, community programs, or customer-experience initiatives with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in premium retail, mixed-use developments, shopping centers, hospitality, entertainment, lifestyle brands, or sustainability-related initiatives is preferred.
