Learning Links Foundation (LLF) is looking for a finance professional to lead financial management, audits, statutory compliance, donor/grant finance, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage donor funds, grants, utilization, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, GST, and statutory requirements.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Develop and monitor internal financial controls and identify risks.
• Coordinate with Finance, Program, auditors, donors, and other stakeholders.
• Drive ERP implementation, system transition, and process automation.
• Review financial reports, reconciliations, and project-wise budget utilization.
• Mentor the finance team and support capacity building.
