Our mission is simple: keep Michigan buildings running smarter. You’ll be the specialist clients call when their BAS needs to be installed, commissioned, or restored to peak performance. From air‑conditioning and heating to ventilation, humidity, and energy management, your work will directly influence comfort and operating costs.

Your impact

• Take ownership of installation, programming, start‑up, and ongoing service for building automation and HVAC controls.
• Hunt down inefficiencies, diagnose issues, and optimize sequences so systems perform reliably.
• Represent our growing service organization with dependable follow‑through and excellent customer service.

Essential qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with HVAC controls or BAS.
• Comfortable with Facility Explorer / CCT.
• Proven Distech controller experience, including GFX programming.
• Fluent in the Niagara environment: EC‑Net, WEBs, Lynxspring, Vykon, or similar.
• Honeywell controls familiarity preferred, not mandatory.
• Ability to interpret and update documentation using DraftSight and Microsoft Visio.
• Commercial HVAC field experience and controls integration, including rooftop systems.
• Skilled at troubleshooting and repairing control systems and related HVAC equipment.
• Personal hand tools and a clean driving record are required.
• OSHA 10‑hour certification preferred.

Territory

Michigan area, serving a range of commercial facilities.

Compensation

$45–$55 per hour, depending on experience and capabilities.
