Nice CXOne (NICE inContact)

Manage and support Customer Interaction Platforms, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance. • Provide end-to-end platform ownership, including monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting. • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CTI systems and CRM platforms. • Implement and manage API integrations with internal and external systems. • Work on NICE CXone configurations, including routing, scripting, and platform enhancements. • Hands on development using NICE CX One Studio • Build and maintain secure authentication mechanisms using SSO/SAML frameworks. • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation and platform updates. • Work closely with cross-functional teams (business, infrastructure, security) to deliver seamless solutions. • Knowledge on cloud infrastructure (Azure) • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise architecture standards. • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for production issues. • Continuously optimize platform performance and user experience. Must have experience in Nice CXOne Design and Development.
