Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage NICE CXone applications for Voice, IVR, Chat, Email, and other multi-channel interactions.

• Set up and maintain agent profiles, skills, campaigns, HOOPs (Hours of Operation), and workflows.

• Work with business teams to design, develop, and optimize call flows, routing strategies, and IVR scripts.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to NICE CXone.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and deployment of CXone solutions.

• Maintain and document configurations, processes, and best practices.

• Provide technical support and training to operational teams as required.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data security standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 12 years of hands-on experience with NICE CXone platform (Voice, IVR, and Multi-Channel).

• Strong experience in agent configuration, skill management, campaigns, workflows, and HOOP setup.

• Working knowledge of call routing, scripting, and integration with CRM or third-party systems.

• Good understanding of contact center operations and KPIs.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
