What they need
About Compare Club
Compare Club is an Australian company dedicated to helping customers save money on everyday household expenses, including insurance, finance, and utilities.
With over 500 team members across Australia and internationally, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions, exceptional customer experiences, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for an experienced NiCE CXone Studio Developer to join our Contact Centre Technology & Operations Centre of Excellence team.
About the Role
Are you an experienced NiCE CXone specialist who enjoys developing intelligent contact centre solutions, optimising call routing, and improving customer experiences through technology?
This opportunity is for you!
As our NiCE CXone Studio Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, configuring, testing, and maintaining solutions within the NiCE CXone platform.
You will collaborate with our Australian technology and operations teams to develop scalable solutions that improve contact centre performance, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
We are looking for someone who can do more than execute technical requirements — someone who can proactively identify improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and build solutions that support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
CXone Studio Development & Configuration
- Develop, modify, and maintain NiCE CXone Studio scripts for inbound and outbound calls, IVR, callbacks, and call treatments.
- Build advanced routing logic using variables, subscripts, SNIPPET scripting, REST API actions, and data-driven configurations.
- Configure ACD routing, skills, queues, campaigns, points of contact, and agent assignments.
- Develop and maintain outbound dialling strategies, including calling lists, retry logic, dispositions, and lead sequencing.
- Configure digital routing and interaction flows based on business requirements.
Systems Integration & Troubleshooting
- Support integration between NiCE CXone and Salesforce, including CTI, screen pops, data exchange, and disposition updates.
- Investigate and resolve scripting, routing, and configuration issues using CXone Studio traces and logs.
- Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Testing, Deployment & Documentation
- Perform functional testing, regression testing, and technical validation of Studio scripts and configurations.
- Implement controlled production changes with appropriate version control and rollback procedures.
- Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, script histories, and development tickets.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational and compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on NiCE CXone (formerly inContact) experience, including actual CXone Studio development.
- Advanced experience developing CXone Studio scripts, call flows, IVR, routing logic, callbacks, and error handling.
- Strong understanding of CXone ACD configuration, including skills, campaigns, dispositions, and points of contact.
- Experience configuring outbound dialling strategies, calling lists, retry rules, and contact centre workflows.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, SNIPPET scripting, variables, and data-driven logic.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues within NiCE CXone.
- Understanding of software testing, change management, version control, and production deployment processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
- Willingness to work Australian business hours and occasionally support after-hours deployments.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with CXone and Salesforce integration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CTI, screen pops, and disposition write-back.
- Experience with digital channels, virtual agents, or conversational AI integrations such as Cognigy or Autopilot.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Australian outbound dialling and telemarketing compliance requirements.
- NiCE CXone certifications.
- Familiarity with JSON, SQL, and API integrations.
Why Join Compare Club?
- Competitive Hourly Rate: ₱500 – ₱550 per hour.
- Remote Opportunity: Work from the Philippines while collaborating with an established Australian organisation.
- International Exposure: Work closely with Australian technical specialists and business stakeholders.
- Meaningful Technical Work: Build and improve contact centre solutions that directly impact business performance.
- Collaborative Environment: Be part of a team that values innovation, accountability, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.

Important: This is a hands-on technical development and configuration role. Applicants must have actual experience developing and maintaining NiCE CXone Studio scripts. General call centre operations experience or basic CXone administration alone will not meet the requirements.
