-Check in late-arriving guests and process guest check-outs.
-Handle reservations, room assignments, payments, and guest inquiries.
-Perform the hotel’s nightly audit and reconcile daily financial transactions.
-Verify room charges, taxes, payments, and other guest account balances.
-Prepare daily financial and occupancy reports.
-Investigate and correct billing discrepancies.
-Balance cash drawers and credit card transactions.
-Monitor hotel security and respond to guest concerns or emergencies.
