The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full-time Night Auditor to join our team at The Spire Hotel. The Night Auditor will be responsible for managing the after-hours guest service and operations.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage front desk enquiries and confidently deal with phone/email correspondence.
• Rate Checks, Accounts Checking and Balancing throughout all venues
• Offer premium guest service experience
• Various cash handling and administration duties
• Deliver overnight security
• General evening cleaning as required
• Room service delivery to hotel guests as needed

The successful applicant will:

• Have 1-2 years' experience in a similar customer service role
• Deliver excellent standards of customer service
• Possess effective problem-solving skills
• Driver's licence preferred
• Full NZ working rights
• First aid certificate preferable
