Night Audit

At Olivia Lisboa Hotel, we are looking to welcome a Night Auditor to our team. We are seeking an experienced hotel reception professional with a strong service mindset and the ability to work independently, with accuracy and attention to detail. Your Mission

To ensure excellent guest service throughout the night shift, carrying out the daily audit and closing procedures, monitoring billing and revenue, and ensuring the safety of the hotel and the well-being of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures, guest requests, reservations and incidents.
• Carry out the night audit and daily closing procedures, reviewing charges, payments, invoices and revenue in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Prepare daily closing and occupancy reports, identifying any discrepancies.
• Review the following day's arrivals and anticipate any special requirements.
• Record incidents and ensure effective communication with the morning shift team.
• Ensure hotel security and follow emergency procedures.
• Keep the reception area organised and maintain the confidentiality of all information.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 4 years of experience in hotel reception, preferably in four-star superior or five-star hotels.
• Experience working night shifts and performing hotel audits will be an advantage.
• Strong command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), billing procedures and IT tools.
• An independent, organised, discreet and proactive professional with a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Availability to work night shifts.
