• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Train and support night audit staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Prepare and review daily reports, including revenue summaries and audit discrepancies
• Maintain security and safety protocols throughout the overnight shift
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
