Key Responsibilities Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries during the night shift, ensuring smooth service.

Audit & Reporting: Reconcile daily financial transactions, prepare night audit reports, and ensure accurate posting of all accounts.

Guest Support: Respond to guest requests and issues promptly, maintaining high service standards.

Safety & Security: Monitor hotel premises during night hours, ensuring the safety of guests and employees.

Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments for room status updates, special requests, and any overnight operational needs.

Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in front office, accounting, or auditing in the hospitality industry preferred.

Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently, responsibly, and overnight shifts.
