Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency
• Conduct comprehensive night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as CHOICE ADV
• Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are handled promptly, courteously, and effectively via phone communication or in person
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel emergency procedures when necessary
• Monitor security cameras and perform property inspections to ensure safety and security throughout the premises
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to support hotel management in daily operations
• Assist with guest services by resolving issues promptly, providing local information, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience or in a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), especially CHOICE ADV
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication
• Ability to handle night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail under minimal supervision
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, guest relations best practices, and phone etiquette is essential
• Previous experience working with property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person, with a friendly yet professional demeanor
