Duties

• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA and other hospitality reservation systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational data for management review
• Assist late-night guests with check-in, check-out, and special requests, providing exceptional customer service through friendly phone communication and front desk support
• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction by applying customer service problem-solving techniques
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and managing hotel emergency procedures when necessary
• Update guest records in property management systems (PMS), manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and phone etiquette while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management is highly preferred
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar property management systems (PMS) is essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages or bilingually are advantageous
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices is desirable
• Experience working night shifts in a resort or hotel environment enhances your suitability for this role
• Demonstrated ability to handle customer service challenges with professionalism and poise in a fast-paced setting
