Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This energetic position combines the precision of accounting with the warmth of customer service, providing a welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining the integrity of hotel records. As a Night Auditor, you'll oversee front desk activities during nighttime hours, handle guest inquiries, and ensure all financial and operational reports are accurately completed. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create memorable stays and uphold our hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Duties

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience.
• Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, updating guest information accurately.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily financial activities, occupancy levels, and any incidents that occur during the shift.
• Collaborate with front desk staff and management to resolve guest issues efficiently while upholding high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially PEP or equivalent platforms.
• Strong customer service skills combined with problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns effectively.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests better.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and phone etiquette is essential.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills in person and via phone to handle client interactions smoothly.

Pay: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour
