Duties

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures using hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or similar property management software.
• Manage overnight front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and warmth.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account balances.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide personalized guest services to enhance their stay.
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting property inspections, and following hotel emergency procedures during the night shift.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff.
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns proactively, offering multilingual or bilingual assistance when needed to accommodate diverse clientele.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent platforms.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle night audit responsibilities accurately while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest base effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality best practices is essential.
• Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and front desk functions is preferred.
