Schedule:

• Part-Time or Full-time
• Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Overnight receptionist and front desk support
• Ensure security and safety of the property overnight
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation-related tasks
• Monitor and assist guests with after-hours needs and concerns
• Open and set up common areas (e.g., kitchen, coffee making) in the morning
• Brew morning coffee for guests
• Perform in-house laundry assistance for guest towels and linens
• Verify guest status and occupancy (ensure all guests are properly checked in and paid)
• Mark no-shows and update booking platforms accordingly
• Support cleanliness and readiness of shared spaces
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior front desk, hotel/hostel, or security experience is a plus
• Experience with PMS (Cloudbeds preferred) is helpful but not required
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working alone overnight
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
• Ability to manage time efficiently and stay organized
