Night Auditor

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during nighttime hours
• Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest support
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Prepare hot complimentary breakfast in line with brand standards
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review
• Support front desk operations by managing reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security
• Previous hotel experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
