As our Night Front Office Agent, you’ll be the friendly and welcoming face of our hotel during the night. While most of the city is asleep, you’ll make sure our guests feel safe, comfortable, and well taken care of.

Your main responsibility is to provide a smooth and welcoming experience for guests arriving or departing during the night. You’ll assist with late check-ins after 23:00 and early check-outs before 07:00, while handling any questions or requests that may arise during your shift.

During the quieter hours, you’ll help prepare the hotel for the morning and make sure everything is ready for the next day. This includes setting up the breakfast area, completing small administrative tasks, keeping the lobby and public areas clean and presentable, and taking the hotel's waste outside on the correct collection days.

Guest service remains an important part of the role throughout the night. Whether a guest needs an extra pillow brought to their room, assistance with a request, or help with a question, you’ll make sure their needs are handled with a friendly and professional attitude.

Safety and security are also an important part of your role. You’ll keep an eye on the hotel throughout the night, follow our safety procedures, and make sure both guests and the property are safe.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Welcoming and assisting guests arriving after 23:00
• Handling early check-outs before 07:00
• Responding to guest questions, requests, and needs throughout the night
• Delivering requested items to guest rooms, such as extra pillows or other amenities
• Monitoring the hotel and ensuring the safety and security of our guests
• Keeping the lobby and public areas clean, tidy, and welcoming
• Preparing the breakfast area for the morning
• Taking out the hotel's waste on the appropriate collection days
• Performing small administrative and reception tasks
• Handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally
• Ensuring the hotel is ready for the morning team and guests

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, service-minded, and comfortable working independently. You should enjoy working during the night and be able to stay alert and professional throughout your shift.

Hospitality or Front Office experience is a plus, but a positive attitude, common sense, and a genuine desire to help guests are just as important.

AVAILABILITY

We are looking for someone who is available to work every Friday and Saturday night from 23:00 to 07:00.

Once every two weeks, we would also love for you to be available for a Thursday night from 23:00 to 07:00. This would ideally bring you to 24 hours per week every other week.

There is also the opportunity to work additional hours if you are available. These can include extra night shifts as well as Front Office day shifts, depending on your availability and our operational needs.

The position is offered on a zero-hour contract, with the expectation that you are consistently available for the Friday and Saturday night shifts.
