Night Auditor

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the hotel’s nighttime activities, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests while maintaining operational excellence during the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
• Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform visual inspections of the property, and respond promptly to any emergency procedures or safety concerns.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts and departments.
• Assist guests with reservations, modifications, or special requests in multiple languages if applicable, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Handle phone communication with clarity and courtesy, utilizing proper phone etiquette to address guest needs or internal inquiries effectively.
• Support hotel management by adhering to all hospitality reservation protocols, guest relations standards, and emergency procedures to uphold our reputation for excellence.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel front desk operations and night audit functions.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), such as OPERA or similar software used in hotel management.
• Excellent customer service skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities to address guest concerns swiftly and professionally.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and guest relations best practices.
• Effective phone communication skills with a focus on hospitality etiquette to foster positive client interactions.
• Previous resort experience or familiarity with hospitality reservation systems enhances your ability to excel in this role.

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
