Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. As the Night Auditor, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold hotel standards for safety, security, and customer service. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
• Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately.
• Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, conduct routine inspections of public areas, and respond promptly to any safety concerns or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information about hotel services and local attractions while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
• Prepare detailed night audit reports, including daily revenue summaries, incident logs, and guest requests to ensure all records are complete and accurate.
• Address guest inquiries or complaints with a positive attitude, demonstrating exceptional customer service problem-solving skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or equivalent hotel management software.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to handle unexpected situations confidently.
• Excellent phone communication skills and phone etiquette for multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service problem-solving within a hospitality setting is highly desirable.
