Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or checking out early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our property management systems. Your proactive attitude and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence throughout the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Manage front desk operations using ChoiceAdvantage to update guest records accurately.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
• Monitor hotel, perform safety checks, and follow hotel emergency procedures when necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
