Night Auditor Position

EVEN Hotel by IHG | Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota | 128 rooms

We are seeking a dependable Night Auditor to care for guests and oversee the front desk during overnight hours. This role combines guest service, hotel security awareness, and accurate daily financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, answer calls, and resolve overnight guest concerns.
• Complete the daily audit, balance transactions, and prepare reports for management.
• Review room charges, payments, and discrepancies; document items requiring followup.
• Monitor arrivals, departures, and room status in the property management system.
• Complete scheduled property walks and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Prepare a clear shift handoff for the morning team.
• Support a welcoming, wellnessfocused guest experience consistent with EVEN Hotels.

Qualifications

• Prior hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling payments, reconciling reports, and learning hotel systems.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Professional and calm when responding to guest needs overnight.
• Able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Reports to: Front Office Manager / General Manager.
