Job Overview

Tru by Hilton Oklahoma City Airport is hiring a Night Auditor to manage the front desk overnight and prepare the hotel for the next business day. This person will assist guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, balance transactions, and run the nightly audit using Hilton PEP. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, and attentive to both guests and financial details.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, answer calls, and respond to requests and concerns during the overnight shift.
• Complete check-ins, check-outs, reservation changes, and payment transactions in Hilton PEP.
• Run the nightly audit, review guest accounts, and identify or resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile payments and prepare accurate reports for management and the morning front desk team.
• Document guest issues, incidents, and important updates in the shift log.
• Follow hotel procedures for guest privacy, cash handling, safety, and emergencies.
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and ready for arriving guests.
• Communicate any unresolved issues to the next shift or a manager.

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.
• Experience with Hilton PEP preferred; training may be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong customer service, communication, and basic computer skills.
• Ability to handle payments and review reports accurately.
• Good judgment and the ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Reliable attendance and availability for the assigned overnight schedule.

Schedule: Overnight shifts; weekends and holidays may be required.

Pay: $12.50 - $13.00 per hour
