Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours
• Reconcile daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
• Prepare detailed night audit reports, including revenue summaries, occupancy reports, and incident logs
• Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Monitor hotel security systems, conduct safety inspections, and respond appropriately to emergencies following hotel procedures
• Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hospitality reservation systems
• Communicate effectively with guests via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone communication and client interaction
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail
