Night Auditor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring smooth overnight operations, maintaining guest satisfaction, and managing financial transactions. Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy of guest accounts
• Prepare and review reports related to daily revenue, occupancy, and other operational metrics
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight hours with professionalism and excellent customer service skills
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone or in person, maintaining high standards of guest relations
• Manage multi-line phone systems, provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring the premises during night hours
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating reservation records
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for new arrivals or departures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services is preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and customer service best practices
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest interactions professionally
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality experience in resorts or similar settings is advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
