Night Auditor

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all reports.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the night shift.
• Maintain security protocols for the hotel, ensuring the safety of guests and property.
• Prepare daily revenue reports and assist with balancing accounts.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide assistance to guests regarding hotel services, local attractions, and reservations.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and property management software is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Job Type: Part-time
