Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Employment: Full-Time or Part-Time

About the Position

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hotel team. The Night Auditor provides excellent guest service, completes nightly hotel accounting procedures, maintains accurate records, and ensures a smooth transition between shifts.

Key Responsibilities

· Welcome guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, and provide outstanding customer service.

· Perform nightly audits and balance daily hotel revenue, transactions, and accounts.

· Complete the hotel's night audit process accurately and on schedule.

· Review reservations, guest folios, room charges, and payment transactions for accuracy.

· Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns professionally.

· Answer telephone calls and assist with reservations as needed.

· Monitor hotel security and maintain a safe, clean, and professional front desk environment.

· Prepare daily reports and communicate important information to management and the morning shift.

· Follow hotel policies, Hilton brand standards, and established operating procedures.

· Assist with light front desk and breakfast preparation duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and basic math and computer skills.

· Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

· Ability to remain alert and professional throughout the overnight shift.

· Willingness to learn hotel property management systems and night audit procedures.
