Night Auditor

Role Description This full-time, on-site Night Auditor role at Dabo Detachering is located in Driebergen-Rijsenburg and focuses on ensuring smooth and secure hotel operations during night shifts. The Night Auditor is responsible for performing receptionist duties, including check-in and check-out, handling guest inquiries, and managing reservations and room assignments. The role includes processing daily financial transactions, reconciling cash and card payments, preparing night audit reports, and verifying the accuracy of front desk and revenue postings. The Night Auditor supports guests with professional and courteous customer service, responds to issues or emergencies, and maintains a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the lobby and public areas. Additional tasks may include monitoring security procedures, preparing handovers for the day team, and following company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong receptionist and front desk skills, including Receptionist Duties and Reservations , with experience in hotel or hospitality environments.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, with proven Communication and Customer Service skills to support guests and collaborate with colleagues.
• Accurate and reliable financial abilities, including Cash Handling , payment processing, and basic accounting or auditing tasks.
• Ability to work night shifts on-site, maintain attention to detail, and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Comfort using hotel management systems, reservation software, and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, calm approach to resolving guest issues or incidents.
• Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or night audit roles is preferred.
• Relevant vocational training or education in hospitality, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
