Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure a seamless overnight operation. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Your multilingual skills and hospitality experience will help create a welcoming environment for diverse guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and warmth. Duties

• Greet and assist guests arriving during the overnight hours with friendly, professional phone etiquette and personalized service
• Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing solutions that enhance their stay
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Prepare detailed night audit reports, including financial summaries and daily transaction logs
• Handle administrative tasks such as balancing accounts, reconciling cash drawers, and updating reservation records
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues swiftly

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel or hospitality environments, with a strong focus on guest services
• Communicate effectively with diverse guests
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to provide outstanding customer service
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and night audit procedures preferred
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record keeping and reporting
• Hospitality background is highly desirable; previous hotel experience is a plus
