Night Auditor

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor and become the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during the overnight shift. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early departures, providing top-tier customer service while managing administrative tasks with precision. Duties

• Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and reservations, using hotel management systems such as OPERA.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and any discrepancies to support accurate financial records.
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to uphold hotel security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Address guest concerns promptly by applying excellent customer service skills and resolving issues efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with familiarity in front desk functions and guest relations.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
• Prior experience with night audit procedures and hotel management software such as Hotelkey is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, security protocols, and guest service standards.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner for handling multi-line phone systems confidently.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
• Resort experience or background in hospitality within a fast-paced environment is a plus.
