Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, providing information or transferring as needed.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy of billing and reservations.
• Maintain security by monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting patrols of common areas, and controlling access to the property.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial documentation for management review.
• Support guest services by providing local information, arranging transportation, and assisting with special requests.

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and guest service standards.
• Excellent phone etiquette combined with a friendly demeanor to foster positive interactions.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience working during night shifts in a hospitality setting is a plus but not required.

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour
