Night Auditor

• Night Auditors are responsible for greeting and registering the guest
• Providing outstanding guest service during their stay
• Settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay.
• Counting cash and enacting proper cash controls
• Proper telephone management of answering calls & transferring calls
• Making and modifying reservations and conducting concierge duties.
• Following up on known guest requests prior to the arrival period
• Handle the Breakfast when needed
• Balancing the days revenues and running the End of Day process.
• Public Area cleaning and walkarounds will be required on the overnight shift.
• Do the laundry and other work assigned by the Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.25-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
