As a Night Auditor, you will oversee nightly audits, handle guest inquiries, and ensure the safety and security of the property during nighttime hours. Duties

• Conduct nightly financial audits to verify all transactions, reservations, and billing are accurate using property management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms.
• Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with professionalism and warmth.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols of public areas, and managing access control for staff and guests.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with effective problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction and positive guest relations.
• Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial reconciliations for seamless handovers to daytime staff.
• Assist with hotel emergency procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed in case of incidents or emergencies.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles with experience in hotel front desk operations and night audit procedures.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms for reservations and billing processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence, phone etiquette, and guest relations.
• Ability to handle complex customer service issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and security protocols to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Exceptional communication skills for client interaction via phone and in person across multi-line phone systems.
