Night Auditor

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing excellent customer service through friendly phone communication and face-to-face interactions
• Perform nightly audit procedures by reconciling daily financial transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms
• Manage front desk operations including reservations, guest inquiries, and room assignments with efficiency and professionalism
• Ensure hotel emergency procedures are followed accurately in case of incidents or safety concerns
• Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain accurate records of nightly activities
• Address guest requests and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest relations and satisfaction
• Monitor security systems, conduct patrols if necessary, and ensure the safety of guests and staff during overnight hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort or hotel experience
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar software platforms
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and client communication
• Ability to handle phone etiquette professionally while managing multiple tasks efficiently during night shifts
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices
• Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and hotel management software is preferred
• Flexibility to work overnight hours in a fast-paced environment that values energetic, proactive team members
