Your Mission:

As a Night Auditor, you’re the overnight MVP—the solo star who keeps things running smoothly while the city sleeps. You’ll check guests in and out, serve up late-night drinks with style, balance the books, and keep the energy chill but on point. You’re equal parts number-cruncher, guest guru, and after-hours problem-solver.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the face of Moxy overnight—greeting late arrivals and early risers with warmth and confidence
• Perform all front desk duties: check-ins, check-outs, folio reviews, room moves, etc.
• Audit daily hotel transactions and reports to ensure accuracy
• Prepare, balance, and submit night audit paperwork and system rollovers
• Monitor safety and security—know when to vibe and when to escalate
• Restock and reset the Bar Moxy for the next day
• Handle light bartending and late-night snack sales if needed
• Tidy up lobby and public spaces to keep the place fresh
• Respond to guest needs, complaints, and oddball questions (this is Moxy, after all)

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, independent, and ready to own the shift solo
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with numbers, systems, and reports
• Hospitality experience a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• 21+ preferred due to bar responsibilities
• Comfortable working overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Friendly and confident communicator—even at 3 a.m.
