Night Auditor

Job Summary

As a Night Auditor, you’ll keep overnight hotel operations running smoothly by welcoming guests, managing front desk requests, and completing the night audit. You’ll review daily transactions, reconcile records, and prepare clear reports for the next shift. Your calm, attentive service helps guests feel supported at any hour.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and respond to guest services requests with professionalism and care.
• Handle phone communication using multi-line phone systems and strong phone etiquette; direct requests and share accurate information.
• Complete the night audit, review transactions, reconcile records, and prepare shift reports using property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems.
• Resolve customer service issues, communicate with clients and colleagues, and follow hotel emergency procedures.
• Support front desk operations and guest relations while maintaining accurate records and a welcoming environment.
• Your impact: Accurate overnight records and responsive service help guests enjoy a smoother stay and help the day team start informed.

Experience

• Customer service, front desk, guest services, or hotel experience is valuable; hotel or resort experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with hospitality, hotel management, or hospitality management practices is an asset.
• Experience with a PMS is preferred; OPERA experience is helpful.
• Strong customer service problem-solving and client communication skills are essential.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are welcome.

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 per week
