Night Auditor-Front Desk

Overview

As a Night Auditor-Front Desk team member, you’ll keep overnight hotel operations running smoothly while welcoming guests and supporting a seamless stay. You’ll balance attentive guest services with accurate night audit work, using hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to manage records and transactions. Your impact: Accurate overnight records help the daytime team serve guests efficiently and give arriving travelers a smooth check-in.

Duties

• Welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and respond to requests with professional customer service and phone etiquette.
• Complete the night audit, review daily transactions, reconcile records, and prepare clear shift reports.
• Use PMS tools, including StayNTouch where applicable, to update reservations, guest accounts, and front desk records.
• Resolve guest concerns through customer service problem-solving and clear client communication; escalate issues when needed.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures and coordinate with the appropriate team members to support guest safety.

Requirements

• Strong front desk, guest relations, and phone communication skills; clear, courteous communication is essential.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel experience, or resort experience is helpful; familiarity with hotel management or hospitality management practices is preferred.
• Experience with night audit, hospitality reservation systems, or property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are welcome and may help support a diverse range of guests.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
