Best Western Circus City Inn is seeking a dependable, professional, and guest-focused Night Auditor / Overnight Front Desk Agent to join our team.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday from 11 PM to 7 AM

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the overnight shift while completing the hotel's daily accounting and night audit procedures. This position is ideal for someone who is responsible, comfortable working independently, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm and professional when handling guest needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out of the hotel
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations and guest questions
• Process payments, deposits, and guest folios accurately
• Complete the hotel's nightly audit and end-of-day procedures
• Review reservations, room charges, payments, and reports for accuracy
• Prepare and organize daily reports for hotel management
• Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe and secure environment overnight
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Assist guests with hotel amenities, local information, and general questions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area
• Communicate maintenance, housekeeping, guest, and operational issues to management
• Assist with Best Western Rewards enrollment and member recognition
• Follow Best Western brand standards and hotel policies
• Complete additional front desk and operational duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be dependable and able to work scheduled overnight shifts consistently
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours
• Basic computer and math skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
• Ability to remain professional and calm when handling guest concerns
• Must be able to prioritize responsibilities and complete required nightly tasks without constant supervision

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their shift and understands the importance of reliability in a hotel environment. The ideal candidate is friendly with guests, pays close attention to details, communicates well with management and other shifts, and can be trusted to operate the front desk responsibly overnight.

• Because the Night Auditor is one of the primary hotel representatives during overnight hours, professionalism, attendance, and dependability are extremely important.

Pay: $10.25 per hour
