Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist overnight guests with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
• Manage guest inquiries via phone communication, providing excellent customer service with professional phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance and perform visual inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency procedures or guest concerns, adhering to hotel emergency protocols and guest service standards.
• Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and documentation related to guest services and operational activities.
• Support front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, modifications, and guest requests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably with resort experience or in a hotel environment utilizing property management systems like OPERA.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations strategies, and hospitality reservation systems.
• Excellent phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security.
• Prior experience with night audit functions or property management systems (PMS) is preferred.
• Flexibility to work part-time hours during the night shift with a positive attitude towards hospitality service excellence.
