Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

The Night Auditor is responsible for managing front desk operations during overnight hours while completing daily financial audits and reports. This role ensures accurate accounting and provides excellent guest service.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and overnight requests
• Perform full night audit, verifying all transactions and postings
• Balance cash, credit cards, and room revenue
• Review and correct discrepancies in accounts and reports
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports
• Ensure all reservations, rates, and room statuses are accurate
• Monitor hotel security and conduct property walkthroughs
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
• Communicate shift updates, incidents, and important notes to management
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in front desk or hotel accounting preferred 6months-1 year
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and hotel system knowledge

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
