Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent

• Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and room changes.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a courteous manner.
• Verify daily financial transactions and balance accounts.
• Reconcile room charges, payments, and revenue reports.
• Run end-of-day and overnight audit procedures.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and occupancy reports.
• Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest records and hotel documentation.
• Monitor hotel security and perform regular property inspections during overnight hours.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation.
• Ensure the front desk, lobby, and reception areas remain clean and organized.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
