Night Banking Supervisor

Job Summary

Cardroom Tech (CRT) is currently seeking a banking shift supervisor for its Melbourne, Florida location. The banking supervisor oversees the central bank, manages designated players, ensures compliance, and maintains strong working relationships with Poker Room leadership and staff while supporting high customer service standards.

Duties

● Protects and Accounts for the assets of CRT.

● Manages “designated players” (DPs) performance including, scheduling, dress codes, breaks and time sheets.

● Oversee the chip bank including balancing the DPs bankrolls and monitoring table paid outs as required.

● Prepare hourly reports accurately as required.

● Issues timely disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.

● Proactively communicates adverse employee relations issues to HR.

● Assists in recruitment, training and hiring as needed.

● Acts as a DP whenever needed.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
