Job Title: Night Care Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and support to individuals with daily living activities
• Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and tidying up living spaces
• Escort clients to appointments or outings as needed
• Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to pass a DBS check
