The Role: Night Care Assistant

We are recruiting Night Care Assistants / Care Workers / Support Workers to join our dedicated team.

This role is ideal for:

• Experienced care assistants
• Healthcare assistants (HCA)
• Support workers
• Compassionate individuals looking to start a career in care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care and mobility
• Promote dignity, independence and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care records
• Work effectively as part of a night team

Hours & Pay

• £12.21 per hour
• £25,500 per annum (full-time equivalent)
• Full-time and part-time roles available
• 3 on / 3 off rota (full-time)
• Night shifts: 8:00pm – 8:00am
• 5.6 weeks paid holiday
