Night Care Team Manager

Contract: Full Time – Perm Hour: 37 hours per week Pay: £16.32 per hour weekdays & £17.32 per hour weekends Shift Times: 9pm to 7.30am– Weekdays and alternative Weekends Location: Newland Avenue, Bishops Stortford, CM23 2UW Quantum Care is a no‑for‑profit organisation supporting over 2,000 older people across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. We are seeking a Night Care Team Manager to join our Hotel Styled Boutique feel Care Home in Bishop's Stortford , a contemporary luxury 78-bed residential home. Elm View Care Home is positioned as a modern, purpose-built care home with a strong focus on high-end facilities, hotel-style living, and personalised care.

What You’ll Bring

• Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care
• You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• To ensure the Home and all its services function in accordance with company policy and the National Care Standards Commission requirements, including the responsibility of managing the home during a shift.
• To undertake a variety of care and housekeeping duties whilst promoting dignity, privacy and encouraging the independence of residents.
• To ensure that domestic tasks within the home are carried out to meet required health and safety standards.
• To comply with the company’s Equal Opportunities policy and procedures, at all times.
• You will be leading a great care team from the front
• You will maximise the quality of life for all our residents and maintain the day-to-day efficiency of the home.
