The Role

As a Night Support Worker, you’ll help ensure our residents feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the day. Your role will be varied and rewarding, with responsibilities including:

• Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care
• Encouraging independence and wellbeing
• Regularly checking on residents and responding to their needs
• Completing care records and sharing important information with colleagues
• Helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere within the home

About You

You don’t need extensive experience — just the right attitude and a caring nature. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Qualified to Level 2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards it with our support
• Caring, patient, and reliable
• Passionate about supporting others
• Flexible to work day shifts
