ABOUT THE ROLE...

We're looking for a reliable and conscientious Night Cleaner to join our team at Manorview Hotels. Working outside opening hours, you'll play a key part in making sure our facilities are spotless, safe and welcoming for every guest who walks through the door the next day. You will also be a responsible team member who will support the night porter/manager in the event of a fire alarm while also supporting with any first aid or health and safety situations that arise during the night time. A willingness to undertake this training is essential.

• Nightly cleaning of the Health Club and Spa
• Cleaning mirrors, glass, hairdryers and frequently touched surfaces
• Thoroughly cleaning shower cubicles, screens, fittings, tiles and floor edges
• Cleaning gym equipment surfaces, touch points, mirrors and floors
• Cleaning the soft-play and baby areas
• Completing scheduled soft-play deep cleans
• Hoovering and mopping floors to leave areas clean and safe
• Cleaning allocated public toilets and replenishing supplies
• Completing cleaning checklists and reporting maintenance, damage or safety concerns
• Using cleaning products and equipment safely and storing them correctly

ARE YOU THE RIGHT PERSON...

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable, but full training will be provided
• A strong work ethic and high standards of cleanliness
• Able to work independently and manage your time to complete tasks within your shift
• Reliable and punctual, comfortable working night hours
• Able to follow health and safety procedures and cleaning schedules
• A responsible attitude when working in areas used by children and families

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
