Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate night crew activities to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for retail sales transactions, cash handling, and processing customer orders accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety standards throughout your shift.
• Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper storage practices.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing cash transactions and balancing tills at the end of each shift.
• Support food preparation tasks, operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to meet quality standards.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service, upselling menu items, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to food safety management protocols, sanitation practices, and operating procedures for quick service environments.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants with a focus on food preparation and customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong background in food industry roles including food handling, serving, cashiering, or retail sales transactions.
• Demonstrated ability in time management, multitasking in high-pressure environments, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Experience operating kitchen equipment and managing food safety standards is preferred.
• Retail or grocery store experience adds valuable insight into food industry operations.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential.

Pay: $11.67 - $27.90 per hour
