With your calm, helpful and can-do approach, you will make sure our guests enjoy a smooth and memorable stay. Whether you are welcoming late arrivals, assisting with guest requests or completing the nightly financial procedures, you deliver excellent service with professionalism and a smile.

• You enjoy being the friendly and professional point of contact for our guests throughout the night.
• You confidently handle late check-ins, early check-outs and guest requests, always with care and a smile.
• You actively assist with guest queries and complaints, finding solutions and ensuring our guests feel heard and supported.
• Completing night audit procedures, financial reports and administrative tasks accurately is an important part of your role.
• You are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility during night shifts.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and easily connect with guests and colleagues from different backgrounds.
• You stay calm, organised and professional, even when unexpected situations arise.
• Your biggest motivation? Exceeding our guests' expectations and creating a welcoming, safe and professional environment throughout the night.
• Previous experience in a Front Office, Night Receptionist or Night Audit role is a plus.
