Night Front Office Supervisor

We’re looking for a Night Front Office Supervisor who is ready to join the Sheraton Community where the world comes together!

• Enter Marriott Rewardsinformation.
• Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions.
• Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing.
• Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists.
• Control closing reports.
• Supply guests with directions and property information.
• Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary.
• Follow up to ensure requests have been met.
• Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
• Assist management in, evaluating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Required Skills

• Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management, or other related study
• Management experience reuqested
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks
• Proactive and reliable personality
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• No military obligation for male candidates / at least 2 years postponement
